    1. “Business Buyer / Client” means a client who is not a Consumer;

    1. All prices are exclusive of any pertinent Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other sales taxes, for which (if applicable) the Client shall be furthermore accountable according to laws of Pakistan
    2. exbroit.com reserves the right, by giving a warning in writing to the Purchaser at any time before transport, to increase the price of the Project to imitate any variations in specifications for the Project which are demanded by the Client or are needed as a result of any delay instigated by (a) the Buyer’s instructions or (b) the Client’s failure to provide satisfactory information or commands to the Seller.

  9. Project delivery Terms, Methods and Process Time

    2. exbroit.com shall use realistic endeavors to ship the project by the date decided with the buyer, but does not admit obligation for failure to deliver within the specified time where this is instigated by situations beyond our rational control, such as postponements caused by project delivery companies or manufacturer lead times. If a delay is anticipated, we will alert the customer and let them know. A purchaser who is a Consumer shall be permitted to cancel an order when advised of a delay if the revised project delivery date is not tolerable.
    3. In the case of a Business Buyer, if www.exbroit.com is unable to deliver the project within 30 days of the decided project delivery date, the Buyer will, as Its only recourse is to be allowed to cancel the transaction and request a refund of any money paid to www.exbroit.com for such order. In order to cancel, the Client must send a written warning of cancellation to www.exbroit.com after beyond date but before project delivery of the project or notification from www.exbroit.com that the project is prepared for project delivery.
    4. In the case of Business Buyers, www.exbroit.com does not admit obligation for shortages or injury to deliveries unless the Client notifies www.exbroit.com of the shortage or damage in script within 48 hours of receipt of the project delivery. Buyers should notify the revision within a sensible period of becoming aware.
    1. Business Buyers are essential to be able to admit the project when they are ready for project delivery within Normal Working Hours.
    2. The Project is at the risk of the Seller from the time of their project delivery by the Seller to the Client. If for any reason the Client will not admit project delivery of any of the Projects when they are ready for dispatch to the Client, or the Seller is unable to dispatch the Project to the Client on time because the client has not provided apposite instructions, documents or approvals, risk in the Project will pass to the Client from the moment of a signed POD, the Project will be considered to have been delivered, the Seller may store the Project until project delivery.
    3. The title of the project does not pass to the Client until payment is received in full by www.exbroit.com.
  1. If the Buyer cannot admit project delivery, www.exbroit.com may at its option:
      1. storing and insuring the project at the cost and risk of the buyer
      2. Sell the project at the highest logically attainable price and pay the Buyer any excess proceeds, or bill the Buyer for any deficit or,
    1. Re-arrange project delivery provided that www.exbroit.com may not be charged
    2. The Buyer may demand Proof of Project delivery, provided that this demand is made in writing within 3 months of the date of project delivery and www.exbroit.com shall use rational endeavors to provide such proof. Thereafter, project delivery shall be considered to have been effectively completed.
    3. Upon project delivery of the project, the Buyer will be asked to sign a Proof of Project Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the project delivery note. Where an inconsistency occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, this should be noted on the Proof of Project delivery. www.exbroit.com shall not be accountable for discrepancies or damage evident on project delivery where the Buyer admits project delivery and signs the Proof of Project delivery without amendment.
    4. Cancellation Policy: If a consumer or business account desires to cancel an order, there will be no charge for doing so if you notify us, given the order or reference number, before we start working on your project. However, if the ordered service has already been started working on, then the might not be canceled and the full amount of the project will be charged and held until the case will be resolved or will charge no reason cancellation fee of 25%.     1. Standard project delivery: With standard project delivery you receive your complete order within the decided turnaround time at the time of the project ordered.

  8. Buyer’s Obligations
      1. The Open Online “Administrator” identified on the Open Online permission form will be employed by the Buyer.
      2. For usage of the Open Online on behalf of the Buyer, the Administrator shall be responsible.
      3. The Buyer may change the person selected to be the Administrator, either by using the online facility or by informing www.exbroit.com Limited in writing of the new personality of the Administrator.
      4. The Buyer shall safeguard that they meet all technical requirements of Open Online access and that www.exbroit.com Limited shall not be accountable for any losses which result due to technical irreconcilability or system errors.
    1. The Buyer shall take all rational steps to guarantee that its authorized Administrator and Users shall not pass any user login details to third parties under any conditions.
